Amals communication style is unmatched, if I call her or text her within the same 30 seconds, she either answers or response to me or my wife’s text. Amal told us that she was in the Real Estate game for 22 years!! if me and my wife are being completely honest, we knew that from way before she even told us. Her market knowledge is out of this world she knows which properties will be a better investment in the future and vice versa. Let’s just stay with her negotiation skills. We are not paying the price that was originally on the market. Actually during our negotiation, I gave her a price and she went $15,000 under what I asked for and we nailed it. Amy didn’t make us feel like we were working with an agent, she made us feel like we working with an aunt. She was honest when she didn’t have to be. For example, the first home we visited, my wife and I were attached to already, and she opened our eyes to not buy emotionally. Even though she could’ve allowed us to close on the deal and get everything done quick. She was honest with us and anytime she saw us getting emotionally attached to a home, and she knew we could find better for that certain price, she told us “WE guys can find better”. Her doing this allowed me to get a beautiful home in Collierville that was appraised at 100k more than what I payed for it. As they say, honesty is the best policy!!!
