My family and I moved from Colorado to the bay area last year. We started looking for house in the most challenging housing market in the country. We were hesitating and even got discouraged, because the first agent who was helping us didn't like an offer we made for a house, that she considered was very low. The agent stopped picking up ours calls and we decided to quit. But, thank God we met with Amsale, who was very very helpful, not just encouraging us to buy a home, but to first educate us about the housing market. Amsale was very patient with us, she always listened to us and made us understand that she works for us. Through out the process, we found Amsale very knowledgeable and has an amount of skills and expertise helping people to buy their dream home. She was very responsive to all of our inquiries. She is very honest person , who works hard to satisfy her customers and she is very passionate about the job she is doing. We finally bought our lovely house with the help of Amsale. Another interesting point point about her honesty, is that we trusted her to do the final walk-though in our behalf, because I had to travel overseas. So, Amsale made our dream come true and she became a family to me and my family. Great job Amsale.
