Amir is more than a real estate agent to my husband and I, but like a knowledgeable friend who guided us through the purchasing process and shared his honest opinion with us. Buying an old house can a scary experience. Lee explained the inspection findings to us and helped us prioritize projects to fix up the house. He recommended contractors that he trust so we know we are in good hands with the renovation projects. Like everyone else stated, he is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He recommended sewer inspection in addition to the general inspection and we uncovered some serious with the sewer line and had requested credit from the seller.
