Amir was so far beyond the level of assistance that I expected of an agent. He helped me to set my sales price with a confidence I did not believe would be possible then suggested qualified knowledgeable people to make reasonable improvements. He made the whole process less stressful with kindness, gentle non-judgmental guidance. He then negotiated with the buyers a better agreement for repairs than was offered initially.
