When we needed a realtor to sell my mom's home, there was no doubt or hesitation as to who we wanted for the job. I had a for sale by owner sign on my house and Amie contacted me and I am glad she did!!! I wanted to save on commission for the seller side of a real estate transaction, but living 3 hours from the location I knew I was in better hands letting Amie do the work for me. She was informative and did “shoot for the stars” and explained herself extremely well !!! Amie was great throughout the whole selling experience. We were selling due to moving out of state, and went through the majority of the process while on the road. She kept us informed of everything going on throughout the whole process, and would get in touch with us promptly with anything that came up. Knew exactly how to price the house, and get a large amount of interest from buyers.

If your looking for someone who will be with you every step of the way Amie is your girl . I wasn’t very knowledgeable when it came to buying a house but Amie was so helpful & answered all my questions the way I would understand them . She put us in a house in 16 days.
