Hi, I'm Ami Rivera, a Broker Associate and REALTOR® with Smith & Associates Real Estate. I proudly serve buyers and sellers throughout Wesley Chapel, Tampa Bay, Pasco County, and surrounding Central Florida communities.
My goal is simple: to provide exceptional service while making sure my clients feel educated, empowered, and supported throughout every step of their real estate journey.

Before real estate, I earned a graduate degree in Neuroscience from Drexel University College of Medicine and spent 10 years working in professional sports. When the COVID-19 pandemic changed the world of professional sports, I returned to academia and served as an adjunct professor in Biology at the University of South Florida.
People often ask how a background in neuroscience translates into real estate. The answer is that it has shaped how I approach nearly everything I do. I am analytical, detail-oriented, strategic, goal-driven, and focused on helping people make confident decisions. My experience in professional sports also taught me the importance of preparation, communication, teamwork, and performing under pressure.
Today, I bring those skills to every client relationship and every transaction.
My family and I proudly call Wesley Chapel home, and being part of this community is important to me. I believe in giving back and supporting the place where we live and work. I am actively involved with Life Church in Wesley Chapel and donate a portion of each closing toward its efforts to support the local community.
