Ami is an amazing agent. She made herself available at different times during the day to discuss, explain, and advise us as first-time home buyers. Excellent communication about next steps, what we need, and she always knows someone to suggest in regards to whatever you may need in your new place. I would definitely go again with Ami and sure will call her once the time for an upgrade comes in the next few years.
Ami and I have been friends for over 30 years. When we met, we instantly bonded and a friendship to last a lifetime was the end result. When it came time to list our house, she spent over 3 hours with my husband and me going over all our questions and concerns about selling our home. We had a couple of hiccups that came up, but Ami was never discouraged and always worked her miracles to get us around them. I always describe her to my husband as "a dog with a bone". She would not let go until it was resolved!!! Cannot thank her enough for all she did for us!!!
Ami worked with my wife at the start of there carriers as life would have it they lost contact years ago. They ran into each other around the time we had listed our house with another realtor. Our house was not moving and we were becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of progress (our house was turn key perfect and the location was great). I had picked a different realtor and my wife talked me into her friend Ami. Ami came over we sat down for many hours and wound up signing with her. Poof house sold right away and I made a new friend. Fast forward she has sold another house for my family. It was not an easy sale but as I have learned she is precise and persistent. Ami was fabulous! We were moving from Washington State to New Jersey for a career shift and she was a total go getter from the day she was appointed to us. It was an extremely stressful situation being we couldn't fly out to look at these homes in person, but she set our minds at ease with video walkthroughs, giving valuable insight on the properties as we walked through with her.
