I'm still kind of new in the area so I had no one to refer me to any agents. I saw America's name on a sign so I blindly called her to ask if she would help my wife and I find a new house. Here is how it went...Day 1: I called and introduced myself to America letting her know what we were after. Day 31: (Yes 1 month) Received the keys to my new home and started painting. She made it that easy. Great communication and efficiency, honest, treated us like family, very reassuring personality and demeanor. America is a gift to anyone who wants to begin their search. I can't say enough good things about her.
