Amelia is the best realtor ever! I purchased my first home in Lithonia. She helped me every step of the way... she matched me with a down payment assistance program and I did not have to bring any money to the closing table! She negotiated with the seller on my behalf and I received full closing costs from seller, washed/ dryer, home warranty, and termite bond!!! I’m lucky to have had Amelia as my realtor and I highly recommend her!!!!
