Amber's ability to negotiate smartly, stategize on how to evaluate and work with multiple offers resulted in: 1) a fast closing, 2) a sale price more than 15% above original expectations, 3) a VERY satisfied customer (me) All handled with professionalism and a the right amount of humor to break up any stressful selling situations.
