Kim and Amber made the process of selling my elderly mom's home efficient, carefree and they were deeply considerate through the entire process. My husband and I were making most of the decisions out of state, so Kim and Amber included my mom in the process by visiting her in her new home, answering questions and reviewing the settlement statement with her prior to closing. I appreciated that they treated her with the utmost dignity. Kim and Amber also went above and beyond several times as we were unable to remove two large items from the house. They met neighbors and contractors. It could not have been easier. I am grateful for their help and the ease of the transaction.
