I reached out to Amber once we were in a position to purchase another property. I talked to her over the phone about what we were looking for and she immediately set up an automated search that updated daily. After a few weeks we finally had a property that we wanted to see and Amber had setup a viewing the following morning. Within a day we had the offer sent over and within a few days of counters we were under contract. Amber was 100% on top of any and all info/docs that were needed and she went above and beyond throughout the whole process.
