Amber is as good as it gets! I have read many of the reviews, and they are no exaggerations. We put our home of 37 years on MLS on a Thursday and it went into escrow the following Monday. Amber did a great job of marketing, as she had promised. We wanted a particular videographer for day and twilight shots, and she came through. She worked with us every step of the way and always seemed a step ahead of our questions. Her attention to detail, integrity, and patience with us was all that we hoped for...a real professional! I can't say enough positive things about Amber. We have now bought 2 houses and sold 1 with her and I will never use another agent. She is one of the most honest, transparent, hard working individuals I have met. We bought our first home with her over two years ago, and because of the amazing experience and level of service she provided we chose to use her again to buy and sell again to get into what is hopefully now our forever home. I must admit, we actually have a few good friends who are agents, and we still chose to go with Amber. She has a ton of knowledge of the industry and will always put your best interests first. While we were well aware that she had several other listings and clients that she was also working with, she always managed to make us feel like we were her only clients and first priority. We had a stressful situation (as most home purchases are) as we submitted a contingent offer which got accepted, which in turn meant we had to turn around and sell our home in 17 days or less. I had a newborn and a 2 year old and was still on maternity leave, which added to the stress of finding availability to work through all the nuances. Amber again delivered and made a very stressful situation as positive as she could. There were times that we were ready to give up, and if it wasn't for her we probably would have. Her optimism kept us going and we ending up receiving multiple offers. I am SO SO SO incredibly happy with our new place, and was able to make this new purchase happen due to Amber's commitment to sell our other house.
