Amber is without a doubt the best realtor I’ve ever worked with & would recommend her to anyone serious about buying or selling a house. She’s extremely professional as well as courteous and treats her clients with the upmost respect. She’s also very communicative and answers any & all questions I had. Amber is the third realtor I’ve worked with and is worlds better than the other 2 I’ve previously dealt with, highly recommend Amber Durand!

Amber Durand is an amazing agent. She is honest and reliable. Through the whole process, she kept us up to date on what was going on and what we should expect. She goes above and beyond for her clients. It is because of her that our house sold. Thank you Amber!

I've had the pleasure of working with Amber for two home purchases, and each time she has exceeded my expectations. Her expertise and knowledge of the home buying process are unparalleled, and her dedication to her clients is evident in everything she does. Amber's ability to navigate complex transactions and ensure a smooth closing process is impressive. She is always responsive, professional, and courteous, making the entire home-buying experience a breeze. Her attention to detail, local market knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile have earned her a lifelong client in me. If you're looking to purchase a home, look no further than Amber. She is a true advocate for her clients and will work tirelessly to ensure you find the perfect home. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking exceptional service and expertise in the real estate industry.

Amber was a great agent who took the time to explain all steps to me and made sure I was aware of what was going on at all times either thru weekly reports or texts. She went above and beyond to get my house sold and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell!

Amber was a true professional agent. She gave us a list of suggestions to improve our home prior to listing. We felt more confident with the price and appearance of our home.

From beginning to end, Amber made the whole selling process easy and efficient. We followed all her suggestions and it paid off in the end.

We previously hired Amber to sell our home in Maryland. It was an outstanding experience, so when we decided to move back to the area we didn't consider calling anyone else. The sellers wanted the process to go as quickly as possible, and Amber navigated all of these deadlines and challenges with the urgency it deserved. We felt that she prioritized us at every step. She listened to our needs and gave us great advice throughout. We've unfortunately had to move several times for work over the past few years, and have worked with four other agents across three different states. We've learned that having a competent agent who will advocate for you is more important than most people realize. None of the other four that we've worked with are even in the same league as Amber.

Amber is a professional and really knows and understands the market. From our first meeting I knew that she was the agent to help me sell my 4 Unit AirBnB (zoned residential and commercial) she put together an aggressive marketing plan to attract all different kind of buyers. I was informed and updated every step of the way through the selling process, her passion and dedication to real estate shined! If you are looking for an agent that will get the job done Amber is the one you want to contact! Thank you, Amber!

Amber Durand knows the Market and how to get things done. Her professionalism and positive attitude were noticed from the start. She took a unique property, put together a great marketing plan and got the job done. I am very pleased with Amber Durand and Patterson-Schwartz.

Amber is agent/broker who gets the job done! From our first meeting I knew she was the right agent for selling my multiple unit Airbnb. She understood that this property was unique and needed to be marketed as such. She did not shy away from the residential/commercial zoning of the property and instead embraced it and put together an aggressive marketing plan to attract all types of buyers. In the end, I was appreciative and thankful for her hard work and efforts put toward selling my property. I would recommend Amber to any of my friends and family!
