Amber was extremely helpful in closing the purchase. We trusted her to represent both the seller and us as the buyer. She did excellent work handling all the details associated with the purchase/sale. Very responsive and a pleasure to work with.
Amber made the process of selling our home so smooth! She is very knowledgeable, has great communication skills and is respectful! She is kind and you will not go wrong choosing her as your realtor!
Communication is critical to be a great real estate agent, and Amber went above & beyond - she was always prompt, professional & courteous. We would use Amber again in a heartbeat!
Amber Simon was very knowledgeable about the market, she communicated all the details I needed and she was very professional. She also helped me find a smaller home to buy and worked with my son to find his home.
Amber was once again great to work with on the sale of our townhome and purchase of our amazing forever home. She made the process as simple as possible, we got above asking on our sale and our offer was accepted out of 19 offers on our new home! Couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide us through the entire experience start to finish. Would recommend her to anyone!
