This lady is truly professional...from the first contact until the check arrived at the closing...very astute at knowing what was transpiring at any given moment...anticipating any possible "glitch" and de-railing the problem before it actually became one! While dealing with multiple parties in three states (California; Oregon: Idaho) and a myriad of opportunities for mistakes, misunderstand- ings and miscommunication, she was "the Lady in Charge" all the way...smooth as silk!
