After being unable to sell my home last year with a very experienced agent, I was shocked when I found a business card for Amber in my door several months after the house came off the market. She claimed (hand written note) to have a potential buyer. I almost didn't call her because I had been getting numerous mailings from other agents wanting to try to sell the house. She also looked quite young compared to my previously "seasoned" agents. Was I in for a surprise! While the initial buyer she had fell through (yes, it was a legit claim she had written on her business card), the time, effort, and work she put in with her potential client convinced me that when time came to formally list the home again I would use her. Very shortly after I re-listed with her she did what my previous experienced agent could not do, and sold the house. I have changed my mind on the work ethic of this next generation and was beyond impressed with her service, knowledge, and willingness to do whatever it takes for her client.
