Patience does pay off

Amber was great through out the process of trying to sell our house and then finally getting to close. Our house went on the market and within 24 hours we were under contract. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the people had to back out. Within a week it was back under contract, but yet again the buyer ghosted us and never even put her deposit down. Finally! A new buyer that required additional time outside of the contract allotted time to close. We were on a serious roller coaster ride, and Amber remained positive and patient. She was available within minutes of any text or phone call being reassuring. We were happy to work with Amber. We would be happy to use her services again, but we have found our forever house and we hope we will not have to buy or sell again for a very long time.
