Amber is knowledgeable, experienced, hard working, practical, responsive and stylish! Having her take care of our house sale was the best decision we made, we felt in very good hands and she got the job done quickly and enjoyably.

If buying anywhere in Napa, Amber is your go to agent. Met her at the open house for the house we wanted. She also went out of her way to show us places on the weekend near Lake Berryessa. Very knowledgeable about the area and the homebuying process. One thing I will say is make sure to listen to her! I didn’t as far as inspections went and I was very fortunate to have got everything done (inspection, estimates, requests) on time! It’s in your best interest to just work with people in her network, they are just as professional and knowledgeable. She provided an extremely fair dual agency and was able to negotiate credits for closing costs as well as a reduced price (even after an offer and acceptance below asking). She’s awesome. Great final touch having us meet the sellers. Did not expect it, but it made me feel even better about the purchase. She definitely uses her judgement when doing this, I don’t think she does it all the time, but seems to have a good instinct for when it’s appropriate. Would highly recommend Amber Payne.
