Amber is very professional, easily accessible and put my mind at ease on every issue real estate relayed. If she has no knowledge of something(rarely), she does research, finds out the right answer and and gives you feedback in a timely manner. She keeps a level head under pressure and is a great realtor. Definitely recommends and will use again in the future.

When I was interested in buying a house, I did what any reasonable Millenial would do...I asked my friends on Facebook for recommendations. I connected with Amber and we clicked instantly. We she authentic, honest, and communicative with me throughout the entire process. I am pretty high maintenance and maybe a tad OCD, so I know that I pit her through the ringer with my needs and expectations. But she was so patient and helpful throughout the entire process! She explained things to us that the loan company wasn't clear about. She broke down what inspection reports meant. She helped negotiate and strengthen my offer - and in a seller's market, she got the seller to give us closing costs. When I tell you that she is a miracle worker...I can't express enough gratitude. Thank you for dealing with my chaos, Amber! Thank you for talking me off the ledge every time I was convinced that I wouldn't be able to do this! The house is wonderful and we are building equity instead of paying rent to make someone else rich.

I have bought and rented before using her, but with all expirence prier, Amber toped them. The best part about her that outstood for me was we her communication. I would rate her an 11/10. She also has very good recommendations for other services such as a rental agent which proved to be as good as her. All around great real estate again and even better human!
