Less than a week to our new home!

Amber and Alisha where an amazing duo to work with at Nest Realty. After a year of thinking, my wife and I reached out to Amber to pull the trigger on a search for a very specific home to fit our family needs. Working from home, and having homeschooled children create some space needs for a family of 6 that can limit options. As a family we also have a preference for new construction, and wanted more land surrounding our new home then before. Amber and team jumped to the task of helping us identify communities in the greater Raleigh area, and just 5 days from when we provided our specifications I was putting a deposit on a beautiful new home. Amber showed us around the new community and the surrounding area, and did a great job lining up inspections, walk throughs, and confirming our negotiated changes where in place. Amber is sweet but fierce, which is a great combination for negotiation. We highly recommend Amber and her team for those looking to find a great space for their family, business, or charitable organization.
