The result was a very fast sale that netted an above market price. Additionally, Amber did a phenomenal job of advising us on just the right amount of property repairs and refreshes, and navigating negotiations on buyer requested repairs. Amber also has a strong network of service providers to assist getting the home ready if desired, and she will also manage the work for a very reasonable fee. We needed to be out of town during the time that much of the prep work was done, and it was a blessing that Amber was able and willing to offload much of that burden with her network of vetted, cost effective service providers.
