Amber Lawrence believes home is more than a house—it’s where connection, belonging, and community come together.
Growing up traveling between Northern California and Portage, Michigan, Amber experienced two different but equally meaningful versions of home. In California, she built strong friendships and community ties through organizations like 4-H and FFA. In Michigan, she was surrounded by extended family. Those experiences shaped her deep appreciation for the role community plays in helping people feel grounded and connected to where they live.
Before transitioning into real estate, Amber spent nearly twenty years in corporate leadership roles managing large teams across multiple locations. Leading more than 400 associates across 15 locations strengthened her ability to communicate clearly, navigate complex situations, and advocate for the people she serves. Those same skills now guide how she supports buyers and sellers through one of the most important financial decisions they will make.
Amber’s approach is simple: her clients drive the bus. She takes the time to understand what matters most to each client and provides the guidance, communication, and advocacy needed to help them move forward with confidence. Buying or selling a home can feel overwhelming, but with the right information and support it can also be an exciting and rewarding process. Amber works hard to ensure her clients feel informed, supported, and well represented every step of the way.
Amber lives in the greater Kalamazoo area with her wife and their young son on a small hobby farm. When she isn’t working with clients, she enjoys spending time outdoors—gardening, tackling DIY projects around the property, enjoying the lake, or cheering from the sidelines at youth sporting events.
