Amber Lawrence is simply the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. I live in California and wanted to sell a piece of property (undeveloped land) near Ft. Garland and was so lucky to be referred to Amber by a friend. She was very knowledgeable about the location of my property and some of the potential pros and cons associated with it. To determine its fair market value, she actually went out to walk the land in the middle of winter and determined it could be listed at the top end of the price point for the area. After that, the paperwork process was easy because she was always available to answer all my questions, she took photos of the land and listed it as soon as possible on multiple platforms and we had a buyer at full price within one week.
