First off, let me begin with what I feel is the most important; communication. Amber responds very quickly and puts in the time and effort to make sure you find the house that is right for you. She started off by asking what our budget was and what we were looking for in terms of house and area. Once she got a feel of what we wanted, the MLS lists started coming in. She would follow up on the lists and see if we wanted to check any of them out, if we did she moved fast on scheduling showings for us. She wasn’t pushy, and made it very easy to reach out to her. She is fast to reach out to other realtors and find out the info we’re looking for. We had found a house and put in a bid, we anxiously waited to find out our offer wasn’t accepted. We were a little heartbroken, but Amber stayed very positive for us, and helped keep us upbeat and hopeful. It was more appreciated than we said out loud. Finally, we found the right house and moved fast for our offer. Needless to say we are finally moved in and are getting settled! Amber made sure our entire process right down to closing was simple and that it was easy for us. Overall, our experience was everything we would have hoped it to have been with a realtor. She was very invested in finding our beautiful home. If we look to sell in the future, Amber will be the first person we reach out to.
