Amber Joyce

Amber is the 4th Realtor we have worked with over the course of our various real estate purchases and definitely one of the best. We drove down to Altus for a day with 12 homes picked out to look at. She was able to get us through all 12 quickly with enough time to craft an offer before the day was over. She was knowledgeable about the local market, and did not apply any pressure with our purchase. Would definitely recommend!

Amber was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our long-distance home buying experience. Right away she requested a list of our needs/wants, and truly listened to everything we said. She also was able to provide advise and insight on the local market that we found very accurate. Because we couldn't physically be there to tour homes, Amber volunteered right away to take video tours which were very detailed and prompt. The whole process was easier than we could have imagined because of Amber's ability to communicate effectively exactly what was needed of us, what we needed to sign and where, our next steps, etc. There was never a question of where we were or what we needed to do. When we arrived for a visit to Altus, Amber was ready to show us around town and tour the home we had purchased, and was very friendly. We could not have asked for a better experience!

I was referred to Mrs. Joyce through a realtor I knew in Birmingham, AL who was familiar with the hassle of moving for the military. His assurances that she'd know the types of problems I would face were accurate, as Amber painstakingly guided me through the buying process whilst doing all the little things behind the scenes to keep me in the loop even though I was three states away. By the way, listen to her advice during the closing! Her instincts are great when you're in the negotiations part, and she'll likely save you money! Thanks for everything Amber!!

If you are looking for a SUPER realtor then you need to choose Miss Amber (Mrs. Amber Joyce)!! I have owned three houses in my life time and I can, with out a doubt, say that Miss Amber has been the best realtor that I have ever dealt with. She a newer agent, but she really puts time into helping you get what you are looking for. If she is not sure about something she is not afraid to tell you, but she will get the answer for you. Miss Amber kept in such good contact with me and was always willing to show me properties or answer questions that I started to worry she was spending too much time on her business! How many service related people can you say that about these days??? Not too many that is for sure!
