We tried selling our home off and on for over 5 years after relocating to a different state. Sadly, we had become accustomed to a lack of communication, follow up, and very little activity on our listing. Once we found Amber we suddenly had an action plan, to do lists and an engaged professional leading the charge on our behalf. She was honest and firm about what she believed it would take to find a buyer, and put us in touch immediately with local people who could help make necessary repairs and get our house ready. Within just one month we had an offer, and we closed on the sale 30 days later. Amber is a great communicator and super responsive. We couldn't be happier with the service we received - we just wish we had found her sooner!
