Amber was very responsive, for example she called me immediately after registering on the teams website. She always kept us in the communication loop. She knew everything about the market, always alerted us to new/emerging properties and helped us greatly through our remote purchasing process by providing virtual real time walkthroughs of the various properties via FaceTime. She was very open and honest about what she saw, including negative things that were not obvious to us. She gave us very timely advice based on her and her teams experience, and was able to open doors to her network of lenders, inspectors, attorneys, insurance and local contractors when it was time to secure quotes for the necessary home repairs which greatly increased our negotiation leverage. She effectively set up a remote closing experience that allowed us to close on time due my medical restrictions on travel.
