Amber was/is AMAZING!!! I lucked out with having her as my agent. She came as a recommendation from a friend years ago. Amber stayed in touch with me and was extremely patient in trying to sell my parents' home. This was a process that was started 4 or 5 years ago. She wasn't pushy when my father refused to sell. She waited until the right moment and when they would feel comfortable. My parents passed and I knew she would be the only agent I would ask to sell their home. Amber went above and beyond what I would expect in helping me sell. My parents' home was a mess and she helped me get rid of what I wasn't able to donate. I am remote and she took it upon herself to do whatever was necessary to put the house in a sellable condition. When there were problems she found the necessary people for me, filed the paperwork I needed, and made the calls to make this sale go as easy as possible for me. I could not ask for a better agent. I also think she got top dollar for the house. I would not have expected to sell the house in the amount she got due to the condition. I had a high school friend of mine, that is a broker even tell me she is one of the top-ranking agents in MD and I did right by choosing her. If I could give her a 100+ stars I would. No one could go wrong in having her sell or buy a home. So very thankful for everything she did.
