She was straight with us for every turn and every decision and gave us valuable insight on all our options along the way. Even while we wanted a break during our full year of searching, Amber never gave up on us finding the perfect home. When we finally found that home, she helped us get it for a price that worked best for us and left our family room to grow. We are beyond thrilled that Amber was sent our way when we looked at our first house all the way through the purchase of our first home.

I would recommend her 100%. She worked around my schedule which to say the least it’s a little bit wacky at times, she showed us every house we wanted to look at she didn’t push us in any direction she made suggestions she showed us things in homes that we may not have noticed ourselves she pointed out good and bad she did not to sway us for anything we wanted to look at unless it was priced way out of our range and she didn’t think we could get it down to Budget, and she got us good inspectors who did a thorough job and we ended up at a house that we actually love

I've known Amber for years, as my employer and friend, so I came into this newest part of our relationship with high expectations. She did not disappoint! She helped us navigate this whole process with ease, put us in touch with the right people (inspectors, lawyers, etc) that took care of everything. This is my first home buying experience. I was preparing myself for absolute chaos, however the 39 days from putting in the offer to closing was smooth (at least from our viewpoint). I highly recommend Amber!

Amber is very knowledgeable at what she does. She made what was pretty stressful for me, selling and buying a home at the same time, much easier for me. I probably drove her crazy with the many questions I had, but she did a great job with everything.
