In the 20+ years of being a homeowner, my wife and I have not been in the position of selling a house to the point of actually closing. When it came time for us to list our investment property, our very first home we ever purchased, we were very nervous and knew that we would need to have someone that keep us pointed in the right direction. Having a house in a very high demand market and the number of offers that we were blessed to received proved why Amber was the right choice. Some of the offers were very complex, some of which she had never even heard of, and she made sure she got ALL of the questions we had answered and that we were making the best informed decision.
