Amber is an extraordinary real estate agent. We don't have much experience with buying or selling, so having her expertise made this entire process go smoothly, despite our very specific needs. She was available and responsive. We felt supported every step of the way. We had initially entered a contract on a home that had several red flags pop up during the inspection. We never felt obligated to move forward with that house, even though cancelling the contract meant that she would be taking us through even more houses. When an amazing house was listed in our ideal neighborhood that checked every box, she scheduled the showing. As she opened the front door, she was just as excited as we were. After our first experience, we were a little anxious, and Amber helped us weigh our decision. The negotiations were a little complicated, but she handled the situation so professionally and tactfully, making it clear that she was working in our best interests. And when I say that her referral partners are amazing, I am not exaggerating. We worked with the attorney, mortgage broker, inspector, and mortgage broker she recommended.
