Amber Carson Davis is one of the most pleasant individuals I've met. I worked with her for about six months. We looked at about six condos in that time. She helped me understand things about the places we looked at. Things like the amount of natural light, location of unit relative to activity in the complex; steering me away from high traffic areas in the complex. I don't own a car and choose to use public transportation. If we looked at a place too far away from a bus line, she would question my choice. I finally found a place I liked. We had to move quickly. In order to purchase the condo we found, I had to sell the condo I owned. The money I got from the sale of my condo would be used for the purchase of the other condo. Amber got right to work. She listed my condo and found a buyer in less than a week. She also deposited on the place to be purchased. The whole process of selling one condo and purchasing another one, from closing to closing, occurred in a breath taking ten days. An amazing display of professional behavior by a real estate agent.
