Amber Carlson

I am writing this to let anyone and everyone know that, Amber Carlson, our realtor, is not only a good realtor, she is a great realtor. I have bought and sold 4 houses now, and, Amber, was the best realtor we have ever used. If there was a rating of 1 to 5 stars, with 5 being the best, Amber, would be a 10! We found a house that we wanted to buy and, Amber, was there every step of the way. This time we got an accepted offer right off the bat and started the mortgage process. This, regrettably became a bit of an ordeal. We use USAA and have used them for all our house purchases. USAA used to be a very attentive bank and we never had a bad experience with them, till now, of course. They have gotten too big for their own good and their customer service suffers because of this, so poor, Amber, was put to work even harder, dealing with the USAA mortgage processor. Amber, was on top of everything and kept the pressure on USAA and we actually closed on time. It’s very stressful buying a house and, Amber, was always a calming voice and her confident demeanor helped us to stay focused as we went through the process. In closing, I would like to say that I would highly recommend, Amber, as a realtor for any buyer or seller. She has the experience and track record that only a successful professional could garner by being what she truly is: an informed, intelligent, confident, deal maker that takes a personal interest in her clients and works her tail off in getting them the best deal.

Amber was a great help throughout the whole process. She assisted in preparing all documentations, advised on pricing, and contacted all stakeholders. Amber made the selling of our house a piece of cake.
