It was too easy!

I am a reluctant former owner of a wonderful beachfront home. I spoke with Amber about possibly selling, but only if I got "my price". I was not thinking it would actually happen, but two weeks later I had an offer at "my price". Despite secretly hoping for the sale to fall through, the rest of the process was amazingly easy. Amber and Access Realty were the most helpful and professional group I have worked with in many years. They even helped after the sale with utility account changes and personal property. She did not recommend a therapist for my post beach house owner depression, but I will definitely call on her again when I buy my next Topsail Island home!
