Amaud's knowledge of a homes financial breakdown vs amenities offered, location, etc etc was nothing short of impressive. Being a first time home buyer was scary. Throwing in Covid only made the process seem that much more daunting. Amaud respected my time, concerns, and space while delivering the perfect home for me UNDER BUDGET. - God bless him ????
