In addition, her and her family are the package deal because her mom is a housecleaner who cleaned our new home before moving in and our leased home before we turned it back over to the property manager. And her brother is a handyman who helped install ceiling fans and do some other odd jobs in our new home when we moved in which was very affordable and appreciated.
