If you are looking for a real estate agent to help you buy a home look no further, Amara Comeau is not only extremely knowledgeable but she truly seems like she cares about the people she works with. When it came to buying a home this being my first, I was looking for someone who was responsive, knowledgeable, flexible and attentive to the many questions that come up along the process. Amara has all of these qualities and I never felt like I was alone trying to navigate this. If I needed to speak with her she made time, not hours or days later but typically within minutes. She was always on time or early to any meetings we had planned and any questions I had she already knew the answers to. When it came to scheduling things like inspections or working with the many different entities that go into the intricacies of buying a home Amara was on top of everything, at one point I actually felt like there was more that I should have been doing because she made the home buying process so easy but she reminded me that this was her job. From finding a home based on my needs, to inspections, negotiations and final title work Amara was there to guide me through the entire process and I can't thank her enough. If you are looking for someone to help you buy your 1st or 2nd or even your 5th home you cannot go wrong with Amara Comeau.
