You need her as your realtor!!! Top-Tier knowledge, communication, work ethic, attention to detail, patience, honesty and most of all…she listens to you. It’s so hard to find that combination of attentiveness, knowledge, and commitment in a realtor. I can’t praise her enough, she’s just awesome! I assure you, she will not disappoint. When I had to move my family from Guam to Connecticut during COVID. Working from Guam, I dealt with multiple Connecticut realtors by phone. They all either didn’t seam to take my situation seriously, couldn’t show up to a showing on time, didn’t listen, or demonstrated through their actions that my situation was too challenging. Ultimately I fired about three or four realtors. Working on a timeline and halfway across the world, these realtors were a complete waste of time. By chance I came across Amanda’s online reviews; which were extremely impressive. After speaking with her on the phone for a few minutes, I knew she was the right realtor. I appreciated her ability to clearly explain the home buying process and terminology. She answer all my questions and I mean all of them. Seriously, I had a lot of questions and it quickly became evident, she had the patience of a saint. I was impressed, she conducted the entire home buying process via conference call and email. Though all the ups and downs that come along with the home buying process, my confidence never waived in her. She worked through multiple short fuse timelines to ensure that documents were completed accurately, on time and forced external parties to process the paperwork on time. In the end, my family got the perfect home. Under the circumstances, without Amanda, I don’t think I would have been able to get the right house for my family. With complete trust in Amanda’s administration abilities, knowledge and work ethic, I whole heartedly endorse her. She is the best realtor, hands down!
