In what I believed to be extraodinarily difficult circumstances Amanda went above and beyond the call of duty. It was an estate sale (my mother passed away in Florida) and I live in New Jersey. Her connections with the local Clearwater professionals ( A/C repair/ roofers/ home inspector) were invaluable. She helped me maintain a cool head when a few buyers backed out last minute and I was ready to throw in the towel.
