This is my second time working with Mandy. The first time was entering the market as first time homebuyers and this was our second time as sellers. She was almost always available to answer my calls and text messages when I had concerns and was eager for updates on our progress. She did a great job helping to stage our home and getting us a great photographer. When the other realtor fell short on almost missing deadlines and wasn't very responsive, Mandy was following up time and time again to ensure everything went smoothly. My favorite thing about Mandy was her ability to calm me down and make me feel better about the entire buying and selling process. I'm a very anxious individual and she helped me feel I was making the right decisions for my situation. She is honestly one of the best humans. If I'm every buying or selling in Arkansas again, she will be my number one pick. Thank you Mandy!

She never pressured us into making an offer and was realistic with us on what it needed to be when we did. She knew the house we offered on would need a lot of work so she recommended a few inspectors and even contacted them for us to make sure they were available within our short timeframe.
