We were the buyers in a transaction where Amanda was the listing agent for the Sellers. We first met Amanda at an open house for the property. Amanda had prepared excellent written materials about the property and presented herself very professionally and was friendly, informative and knowledgeable about the property. She answered our questions and promised that she would get back to us on a couple items she was unsure of at the time. The property was very well presented at the open house. Shortly after we left the open house we received a text message from Amanda with the information about the property that we had requested. It turns out that this prompt and accurate information gathering and reporting is a part of Amanda’s practice. Several times during the process she came through quickly with accurate information we needed to proceed. Amanda assisted us with putting together an offer acceptable to the Seller. She made the process smooth and much of the discussions and communications took place well after the normal work day. After the purchase agreement was signed Amanda helped orchestrate a furniture exchange, provided information and contacts re the process required by the HOA, contact information for utilities, cable tv and wifi and a number of other details (including property inspectors & contractors) ultimately resulting in a very smooth closing for both parties.
