Amanda was friendly, personable, and professional at our first meeting. We were interviewing real estate agents to sell our home. She came prepared to discuss the selling of our home in the market. She listened and answered our questions easily. She had a worth of knowledge about our area. She was very complimentary about our home. We had a stager, Tina Tingle come to our home to help us prepare our home for selling. Amanda and Tina were the key to the success of our home being sold. We had an open house on a Sunday. I know open houses are usual these days but our neighborhood is known around town as a premier location to own a home. The open house had 3-4 couples. We received an offer that day. Basically, our home was sold in 9 hours. Amanda had done her homework on how to price and market our home. I would recommend her to anyone who would ask me. She was great!
