Ms. Stokes was very knowledgeable and provided superb advice about what we needed to do to sell the property. When interest was slow in the beginning, she provided very appropriate recommendations about how to increase activity. She had excellent contractor connections to provide the necessary repairs. She brought us great results. She will definitely be our choice if we need another agent. One of the contractors told us Ms. Stokes was the best, and she was absolutely right.
