We have worked with Amanda on 2 homes for our extended family now and we will continue to go back to her for any real estate needs. She provides a personal touch as well as expert advice and was only a quick call or text message away whenever we needed anything related to selling our home. 10/10 highly recommend! Thank you Amanda!!
Amanda and Trae are simply amazing at what they do. They care and go way beyond to make this an easy process. Have dealt with them on 3 occasions and each time has been wonderful. I would recommend them always. Day or night any questions I had was always a quick response and that means alot. Not only my Realtor but friends for life.
I can't thank Amanda enough for making our home-buying experience so easy and enjoyable! From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. Not only did she help us get an amazing deal on our home, but she also provided us with countless resources and recommendations for getting things done around the house—making the transition so much smoother. What really stood out to us, though, was how she treated me and my fiancee like family rather than just clients. Her genuine care and dedication to making sure we were happy with every step of the process made all the difference. We felt confident and well taken care of from the very beginning. If you’re looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend Amanda! She truly made our dream home a reality.
Amanda is a truly amazing professional agent. She is very knowledgeable on buying and she will fight for her clients no matter how big or small. She was there to bounce ideas off of while viewing homes and she has a limitless network of people she reach out to for other questions or concerns. Best decision going with Amanda.
Amanda Stokes represented my wife and I as a buyers agent and the experience was outstanding. She is best agent I have encountered while buying and selling real estate for over 40 years. She is an agent that exhibits a very high moral standard that always endeavors to do what is honest and right. Her knowledge of real estate and the local area is absolutely fantastic. These assets coupled with her and numerous contacts within the community are a valuable asset to both a buyer and seller. I would not hesitate to have her represent me as a buyers, sellers or dual agent. Like the title says, Simply the Best.
Amanda helped me buy and recently sell the same house. Therefore, I'm a repeat customer. She did everything in her power to explain the steps in the closing, stay ahead of the paperwork, and clear constant communication through the entire process. I'm very happy with the customer service I have received both times and will recommend her every chance I get.
We have used Amanda several times now because of her professionalism and dedication to excellence. She will stop at nothing to provide the best experience for her customers. Buying or selling a home is so easy with her help.
Amanda took time to walk us step by step through the home buying process. She is very knowledgeable in the Hickory, NC area and her area of expertise in real estate. It was a pleasure working with Amanda, who was always positive during the entire process. We will definitely be using Amanda again, if we plan on buying more property/homes in the future.
Amanda was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me sell my home back in September so I knew that I wanted to use her again when looking for a home.
Amanda was AMAZING during the entire process of helping my wife and I purchase our new home and even with selling our townhome. Amanda is very knowledgeable and looks out for the best interest of her buyers and sellers. I will only use Amanda with ReMax Legendary because I have had an amazing and smooth transition with each home purchase she has helped me with and with the selling of two homes now. I highly recommend her.
Amanda was recommended to us by a friend. She turned out to be the best realtor I have had the experience of working with. We initially tried to buy a piece of property that fell through. My wife and I were going to just give up, but Amanda asked about properties in the same area that we were interested in and reached out to several owners. We ended up buying a property that had more acreage than our initial choice with a better building site. Amanda made the closing process fast and easy. She is a great communicator and very knowledgeable of property values in the area. I would highly recommend Amanda.
Amanda is a outstanding and professional Agent, always willing to assist and bring her knowledge and expertise to every real estate transaction.
