Ours is truly a dream come true and would not have been possible without Amanda! In a nutshell, we sold our longtime home in Denver to follow our dream of living in Hawaii, where we have lived for the past 5+ years. Being so far from family drove our decision to move back “home”. Amanda was good at knowing what needed to be done to get my house sold quickly. I moved out of state before my house was put on the market. Several unforeseen issues occurred before & after my move. She followed through to completion with the first issues which started before I moved. She researched & recommended other companies for the other issues & also followed through to completion of those repairs. She also became the middle man in working with the HOA for those repairs. She scheduled dates and times & was onsite to make sure that work was done to completion. She followed up to make sure if anything needed to be corrected. She recommended a house cleaner to clean the entire house, as well as doors and windows. Amanda also recommended a painter to paint the entire house. She also went onsite to make sure those jobs were done well and to completion. If any messes occurred in the house during repairs, she cleaned and/or vacuumed. Amanda was also very friendly, kind and courteous. She also got back to me in record time, sometimes even on the weekends. Prior to me selling my house and making the decision to move out of state, Amanda was also helping me buy a different house and she referred me to a GREAT lender. Since deciding to move out of state, she is still helping me to find a house, and has referred me to another great realtor. During my house hunting I have seen many houses where the realtors did not seem to make an effort to make sure the house was orderly or clean. In fact, it seemed they didn't even notice there was an issue. Unfortunately, knowing what Amanda has done for me and my house has spoiled me in that during my house hunting I'm expecting to see those same results with other realtors, and mostly, it just doesn't exist. For anyone looking to buy or sell their house, I would most definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND Amanda Solorio.
