I am Full-time agent with Coldwell Banker and I am affiliated with the Carroll County Association of Realtors. I grew up in the heart of Hampstead, Md and possess extensive knowledge regarding the local communities of Carroll County, Md. My love for Real Estate ignited while forging personal relationships with clients through home improvement work which I have over 25 years experience. My father ran a home improvement company, and I started helping around age 13. I have done everything from minor home improvements to full on additions. Later I specialized in punch out work and drywall finishing. In the late 90’s I ran my own painting business. I did residential and commercial painting. I never had to advertise because my work spoke for itself. I took a break for a few years and raised a few babies then returned to home improvement in 2015 as a sub-contractor for my brother’s company: KS Construction and Remodeling based out of Sparks, MD. Ideally, I will use my home improvement skills to assist my clients. I doubt that I will be installing hardwood floors or demoing bathrooms anymore, though I am quite capable. I plan to focus more on patching walls/ceilings if necessary and painting. I have a strong passion for home improvement and a physical need to work hard so I cannot imagine a future without that in it somehow. When I am not with my clients, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and 3 sons and daughter. I love working in my garden at our farm, making home brewed teas and kombucha, baking, knitting, and anything home improvement.
I am known to be reliable, trustworthy, and a very hard worker. My clients feel secure in my capabilities. I believe in empowering my clients with the knowledge necessary for them to make informed decisions which are in their best interest.
