This was my first time selling a house and my family and friends told me, I need to hire Amanda...so I did. I was not sorry! Amanda did a great job of walking me through the process from listing to closing and everything in-between. She was always there (promptly) to answer any questions that came up. I was already living 120 mile away which probably added some difficulty to the process but Amanda helped anyway she could. The photos she took of my place and the listing she made was amazing. My house went under contract 4-days after the first listing and the entire process was about 45-days! Amanda is great! I would recommend her for anyone looking for an honest, friendly, professional, hard-working realtor. You won't be sorry!
