Amanda was wonderful to work with. She made both the buying and selling process so smooth for us! She worked with the seller's agent of our new house to make sure that we got a fair deal and all necessary repairs completed on our new house - took the stress off of us during the process. Amanda does whatever it takes to make the sell go through. My house had some structural issues and was being sold "as is.". Not usually a quick sale, Two months after listing we closed. Great energy!
