Amanda and Nikki could not have been more helpful and supportive. We had a difficult house to sell being close to a highway. They assured us we would find a buyer. They staged it beautifully and marketed it widely. They did several open houses. We had a very hard experience with buyers that failed to show at closing. Nikki and Amanda helped us in every way; using their expertise and legal resources to get us the earnest money and we were back on the market the same day.
